The basic stretch is an exercise where you grab your penis with one or both hands and pull outward, away from your body in one of many possible angles. There are a multitude of variations on the basic stretch. For a good grip a soft handkerchief should be used.
To avoid excessive boredom while stretching, watch TV or read something on your computer while doing it.

Various Stretching Methods
BTC Stretch
Between The Cheek stretching is a stretch designed to isolate the tension of the stretch on penile ligaments. This stretch is performed by reaching around one’s leg, and then pulling the penis in such a way that it seems that the PEer is attempting to pull his organ through the “cheeks” of his buttocks.
Bundle Stretch
A bundle stretch is a technique in which one twists his penis, clockwise or counterclockwise, in one full rotation, or as near one full rotation as possible. The purpose of a bundle stretch is to increase the intensity of a stretch while being able to exert less force in a pull. This stretch primarily works the tunica.
JAI Stretch
The JAI stretch was designed for the purpose of working around the stretch reflex of one’s BC muscles. This technique is applied by exerting short stretches, lasting two seconds, in an effort to avoid the contraction of the BC muscles, and releasing for two seconds.
Piss Pulls
Piss pulls is the name given to the act of stretching one’s penis during a urine break. Piss pulls are useful for stealth PE at work, home, school, etc.
Squat Stretch
A squat stretch is the act of stretching the penis while in a squatting position. Various possibilities exist in which squatting may be utilized for the purpose of stretching one’s penis. Examples include:
- Pinning the tip of the penis between the floor and a foot, and then rising, as if to stand, causing the penis to be stretched.
- Pinning the tip of the penis between the floor and a hand, and then rising.
Rotor Stretch
Rotor stretching is the act of stretching the penis in a circular motion, as if drawing a circle in the air with one’s penis, alternating between clockwise and counterclockwise directions, lending equal time to each direction.
- Warning: Doing rotor stretches with a fully warmed up penis (and ligaments!) is highly advisable if you want to avoid ligament injuries.
V-Stretch / Inverted V-Stretch
A V-stretch is performed by using one hand to pull the penis, while using a finger, thumb, to apply pressure to the top middle of the penile shaft, which causing the penis to make the shape of the letter V. Alternatively pressure is applied from the bottom, most easily by creating a loose OK grip around the shaft with the index finger looping down and under, to created an inverted V shape. Alternatively pressure may be exerted from the sided of the shaft.
Aided V-stretch / Aided Inverted V-Stretch
An aided V-stretch uses some piece of equipment to apply force to the middle of the penis, freeing the hands to concentrate on controlling and maintaining the tension in the shaft. Using this method allows for a stretch to be maintained for a long hold of maybe 3 minutes or more. As such this technique, especially useful in it's inverted form, is probably the closest manual equivalent of hanging. The marked differences between this and hanging are: that though the tension is highly controllable it cannot be measured and has therefore to be felt; if the hands have the strength to create a solid grip, this grip is likely to be of better quality than any current device designed to maintain a grip.
A-Stretch
An A-Stretch is an inverted V-Stretch; with applied force seemingly concentrated near the root of the penis in and around the fascia attaching the penis to the body. To perform it, pull your penis out straight with one hand and move your second hand underneath your penis. Then clutch your wrist with the second hand and pull your left hand down, while moving the other wrist upwards. This will mainly exercise the shaft and tunica. Instead of your second arm you can use a rod that is about as thick and long as your wrist.
